Steve Tracy (Planet Steve), owner of Seize The Night Records and our lead producer, believes the answer is yes.

You don’t have to become a full-time mix engineer, but understanding the mixing process can make you a better musician and help you communicate your creative vision more effectively with your producer. Knowing the language of production can save time, improve your recordings, and help you get the sound you’re actually hearing in your head.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the Summer Kickoff Pool Party at Bear River Hot Springs. From the music and dancing to the games, prizes, and hot springs, it was an unforgettable day packed with great people, great energy, and nonstop summer fun.

The day featured live music from Skylar Cook and Seize The Night!, high-energy DJ sets from DJ Planet Steve, and an incredible closing performance from Cool Hat that kept the crowd rocking all evening. Seeing everyone swimming, dancing, singing along, and making memories made all the hard work worth it.
